Leanne Gulliver

Leanne Gulliver is a Senior Associate and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in Osborne Clarke's Intellectual Property Disputes group. She is an expert in global brand protection and management, specialising in trade marks and designs, with a particular focus on the tech, retail, entertainment, life sciences, and sports sectors.
Leanne provides strategic brand protection advice from the launch of a new brand or product, including clearance searches, through to prosecuting trade mark and design applications. She also handles contentious proceedings before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices and cross border disputes, and manages and maintains global trade mark and design portfolios.
Leanne qualified in August 2016 and joined Osborne Clarke in February 2017. She is a member of CITMA (the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys) and actively contributes to their EU IPO Working Group and UK IPO Transformation Programme Working Group, and regular writes in the CITMA Review.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Leanne gained valuable experience at the EUIPO in Alicante and at the IP boutique firm, Rouse IP, in London.
I am passionate about diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. I am a champion for social diversity, sitting on Osborne Clarke's Social Diversity committee, and promote and support initiatives within OC, our clients and the legal profession more broadly.
I also provide pro bono advice, including supporting a social enterprise client to clear and protect their trade mark in the UK.
